These stamped peacock leather earrings with copper and a translucent labradorite stone are inspired by peacock feathers.  We have hand stamped and painted the the dew drop shaped leather in blues and greens, mimicking the colors in the bird. Floating on top of the leather is a similar but slightly smaller shape, but in copper.  We then blacken the copper to bring out the motif.  Adorning the center of the earring is a stone of translucent smokey blue labradorite of the same shape.  The stone is strung through a sterling silver wire.  All these elements hang freely from a sterling silver kidney hoop.  Designed and created by Lisa Parmer Ditty in her Pennsylvania studio.
